Each report itemizes every piece of furniture, every appliance and every fixture in a photograph, with an estimated value on every line. Building components stay apart from personal property throughout, so a tenant is never asked to claim the flooring and a homeowner’s structural photos are never left out of a replacement-value record.
Nothing needs to be typed in. Your customer photographs rooms they already have to walk through, uploads them, and gets a report they can hand to an adjuster, a mover or an accountant the same day. Two report types exist: one list of belongings, or belongings and structure broken out separately, so the one they buy matches what they actually need it for.
